Do SuperChecks Certificates expire?

Yes, the 16-digit code found each on SuperChecks Certificate is only valid for one-year from the date of issuance. Recipients must go online and enter the 16-digit code found on their SuperChecks Certificate within 1 year in order to obtain their points. Please check individual SuperChecks Certificates to view the date of issuance.

Once the 16-digit SuperChecks Certificate code has been entered online, recipients have another full year from the date of online deposit to redeem points for rewards.

How do recipients use SuperChecks Certificates?

After receiving a SuperChecks Certificate, recipients simply visit the redemption site at www.SuperChecks.rewardsyou.com and enter the unique 16-digit code found on the front of their SuperChecks Certificate. Recipients are then awarded points equal to the dollar amount of their SuperChecks Certificate ($1 US equals to 1 Point). After registering, recipients are able to view their account, browse rewards, and redeem SuperChecks points at their convenience.

Rewards and Redemptions

How many points does it take to make redemptions?: Different points are needed to get different rewards. However, there are rewards available for as few as 5 points (or a $5 Certificate). To see the amount of points required for various rewards, please browse the Rewards Catalog.
Who pays for the shipping and handling of rewards?: Shipping and handling are covered, so that the recipients of SuperChecks Certificates experience hassle-free redemption and incur no out-of-pocket costs.
How long does it take for recipients to receive their rewards?: Once a recipient makes a selection from the Rewards Catalog, rewards will ship within 72 hours, guaranteed. Merchandise items generally ship within 24 to 48 hours, however, depending on the size of the item and method of shipping it can take up to 30 days for rewards to be received.
What kind of rewards can SuperChecks Certificates be redeemed for?: SuperChecks Certificates can be redeemed for hundreds of merchant gift certificates, travel experiences and thousand of merchandise items. To view specific reward items, please browse the Rewards Catalog.
Can recipients return or exchange rewards?: Yes, if recipients have a problem with their merchandise order or receive a defective item, they can most certainly return it. Our customer service department ensures the recipients of SuperChecks Certificates have a pleasant experience throughout the redemption process. Please note however, that we can we only accept returns of merchandise items. Merchant gift certificates or travel experiences cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can points be transferred between individuals’ accounts?: No, points cannot be transferred between individuals’ accounts.
Can SuperChecks points be used to make purchases on other websites?: No, points can only be used to redeem prizes from the SuperChecks Rewards Catalog.
What are points?: Points are the currency used within the SuperChecks Redemption Platform. Each point is equal to $1 US.

Ordering SuperChecks Certificates

What is the “handling fee”?: The handling fee, which is included in your order, covers the shipping, handling and customer service fees associated with the redemption of rewards for your employees, partners or consumers. This ensures that the recipients of your SuperChecks Certificates experience no hassle when making their redemption and incur no out-of-pocket costs.
How can I order SuperChecks Certificates?: Order form.
Is there a minimum order amount for SuperChecks Certificates?: Yes, the minimum amount to place an order for SuperChecks Certificates is $500.
How long does it take to receive my SuperChecks Certificates?: Once we contact you and arrange the payment you will receive your SuperChecks Certificates within 72 hours. However, the 16-digit code on your SuperChecks Certificates will be disabled until we have cleared payment. Once your payment has been cleared, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your SuperChecks Certificates have been enabled.
What if I don’t want my logo on the SuperChecks Certificates?: No problem. If you don’t want your logo on your SuperChecks Certificates simply tell the SuperChecks representative when you are placing your order and you will receive generic SuperChecks Certificates.
